The donor may have been listed on the daughter’s birth certificate as the father because that’s just the way the form is supposed to be filled out. And the birth certificate had to be submitted with applying for assistance. The name of the father probably could have been left blank, but the couple had no way of knowing the state would do something so ridiculous.

It appears to "represent their values"! Over the past 2 years I've archived a long list of apparent intentional damage to numerous items & packages of mine carried by the USPS. This activity culminated in a package being delivered to me with such horrific damage that it had to be exchanged with the merchant & returned through the carrier that delivered it; which in this case was the USPS. The package in question was supposed to be delivered back in early September of 2023, but the USPS claims to have lost it. I have hours worth of recorded phone conversations, & pictures of the damaged items. I've also submitted Service requests & an MRC request & yet to recieve sufficient answers about the whereabouts of my alleged lost package!

Those ladies almost ruined his life when they applied for food stamps. They probably had no idea this would happen.🙁
